Media photo shoot (lesson)
Backdrop: white back drop Size: 5 to 6 Feet
The person modeling should at the center of the back drop, this is to ensure that they will not damage the back drop in any way
lighting:
1) The main lights should be off during the photo shoot for this will effect the photo
2) The flash head has a flash unit giving you some elements of your photos
3) There is three types and where they should be facing : the model the model's hair and fill
4) Doing 3:1 lighting ratio helps add contrast and also creates a better outlook/effect
5) Model lights are used for portrait photos as this adds light to the are above the hip
The lighting equipment
1) There is an on and off button
2) A test button-this is too see if the lighting has been manuplated well
3) There is a music note at the back of the lighting equipment you press it on how quick the lighting should be
4) At the back of the equipment you can decide how bright you want your lighting to be 1 is the lowest whereas 6 is the brightest
4) These lighting equipment has a remote control which is called a godox this is a transmitter.
The cameras
1) The camera used will be a DSLR
2) There is an option section of what effect you want the picture to be like monochrome
3) You can look through your images on the camera
4) The setting we should use is A&S which stands for aperture ans shutter, this is for a fixed focus of the camera and the shutter is for movement
5) Reflectors are only used for a warm or cool tone
